Desperate measures
I notice many savvy bloggers using Twiglet Twitter to build up following. Right, I’m up for it. How do you do that? Aren’t you limited to 140 charac

  5. I have no clue about twitting. Or whatever you call it. It's weird. I am refusing to do it just on the grounds that everyone else is. I'm sure I'll cave sooner or later.

  6. I have never tweeted ... yet ... but I have been known to twitter at times.

  7. I don't know anything about Twitter or FaceBook or MySpace, as far as I'm concerned, This is my space! I've just never been that interested in any of them. Blogging has always been my thing. I can't really see the others catching on. They will fade out after a while. Why go through all that bother with only 160 characters when you can write all you like on a blog?

  11. I have never tweeted, twitted, twittered or wanted to engage in any such activities. Perhaps that's why I'm so repressed, I mean, er, just awaiting a damn curly wurly, Ubes.

  21. I'm on there UG.

I just don't see the point in it myself.

Can't you just tell me your adress and I'll shout through your letterbox every five minutes and tell you what I'm doing?

  22. I don't see the point of it either. I think it's banal mindless drivel. In fact, my last post but one was about how stupid it is, and I called it "A diatribe of the minutia of the jejune".

And I vowed to stop using it.

    But I didn't!

  25. The 140 characters actually adds to it; quite the challenge to have to limit yourself, rambling not an option. Some are freaking hilarious. Whats your address matey? Will track you down and whisper sweet nothings in your direction now and again.

  26. If you think that is hard you should try Haiku Twitter!
